How do pre-orders work?
Paperback: You will receive an email confirmation after ordering. The books will begin shipping on April 9, 2024.
Audio and e-books: You will receive an email confirmation after ordering that will include a link to "Access your content." Before April 9, this link can be used to set up your account which will allow you to view the digital file and access it on up to three devices once it is released, but this step isn't necessary.
On April 9, you will receive a new email which will give you immediate access to the audio or e-book.
How do I receive my ebook?
After April 9 when the book is released, an email will be sent to you from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email contains instructions to download the flux player app or to use the the flux web player. Your email address will be used to log in and the password will be in the email. Please check your spam if you cannot find this email.
Does the ebook work on a Kindle?
You can pre-order a kindle version of Marketplace Revolution here. Please keep in mind that we are a small social enterprise and Amazon keeps 70% of the revenue.
Does the audiobook work on Audible?
You can pre-order an Audible audiobook version of Marketplace Revolution here. Please keep in mind that we are a small social enterprise and Amazon keeps 70% of the revenue.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Canada takes 5-10 business days.
Shipping to the United States take 5-10 business days.
Standard international shipping takes up to 6 weeks.
Expedited international shipping takes 2-5 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Make sure your shipping address is correct!
What is the reason for the high cost of international shipping?
Unfortunately, international shipping — even via the most basic post — is expensive. We do have an ebook version of Marketplace Revolution available which has $0 shipping.
Will I need to pay import duties?
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; Buy Social Canada has no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Buy Social Canada accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive two e-mails: one when your order is received and a second one when it leaves our warehouse with a tracking number included. Unfortunately, we are unable to track some orders shipped outside of Canada.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. If you don’t enjoy the book we suggest passing it along to someone else who you think might.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer 20% off for 5 or more books and a wholesale discount of 40% for 20 or more. Use the promo code 'BULK' on purchase of 5 or more books. The wholesale discount will be applied automatically.
